These guys called me when I did not even make an appointment and kept bugging me about the appointment. Not sure who received my call for service when I did not even call them. I don't even know their name until they told me that they are younger brothers plumbing. This is so weird.............

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. The young gentleman who did work today was proactive taking care of a new fire ant invasion. He looked at where they got in; inside and out, had specific treatment for each and explained them. Excellent.These guys continue to do a great job for ALL the above reasons, including an emergency response after I had a work exposure. They even zap the no-seeums that seem to come from birds and drive me and my dogs insane.
