made major mistake in pouring my garage floor and now refuse to correct their mistake without me taking them to court. Already filed complaint to BBB of Phoenix..would NOT recommend them for any construction work....

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. When I've had an issue they not only have fixed it quickly but they do it professionally.Our current technician Mark is always so friendly when he comes over too!We have been using PP for over a year and a half and have only had 1 scorpion that was in our garage. When I brought this to their attention they made sure to spray the garage and boom, no problems since.I highly recommend this company!
