Preventive makes my home safe of active scorpions. I continue to use Preventive because their service works, technicians respect my property and their pricing is great.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

If you want an honest job done this is the only place to go. They treat you like family and will show up when they are supposed to. Could not ask for any better service.

I bought a house and it turned out to be a bad case of buyer's remorse. It had termites and they did quite a number on the house. A friend of mine recommended Gary and I called him up. He came quickly and was patient as I looked over my options. I tried finding someone to repair the termite damage and he actually gave me two very solid leads, one of which is actually repairing my place right now.

Not only did he spray my place, he actually collaborated with the construction company to really make sure the termites were gone. He came over, even after he already treated my house, and offered to spray underneath the paneling of my house if there was more infestation. He was actually able to verify that the termites were gone.

I still have a lot to do on my house, but the termites are gone and I am making progress and it is because he really went above and beyond to help me. He was timely, efficient, polite, and just all around a great person to do business with. If I ever have friends and family that have issues with termites, he is going to be the one I recommend. And I recommend him to all of you too.

I have been using Foothills for several years. William came out to help with a rodent issue. He was able to get the issue under control quickly. We now have him spraying the outside of the house which has reduced our insect issue inside the house. I love that Jennifer sends a text letting us know when they are coming so I can put the dog away.

This morning, while doing yard work, I found a wasps nest. Not thinking I called the first company that came up on Google. Mountain View Pest Control!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The technician arrived within 1 hour. He removed the nest and told me he would walk my property to be sure there were no other nests. He found two small mud wasp nests on the frame of a window and removed them. Once the removal was complete he presented me with a bill of $450 for the first nest and $250 for each mud wasp nest for a total of $995. I almost had a heart attack. I never thought nor did he say there would be an additional charge of $250 for each nest he found. He just stood there and would not leave until I gave him a credit card. When I said no he handed me the phone and told me to take it up with the owner. Ahhhhh Horrible experience.

I called A.S.A.P. mid-afternoon and I talked to Leighton who told me he would come over when he was done with his last appointment and take a look at what MVPC had done or not done. I could tell he was tired but took the time to help me. AT NO CHARGE, he walked my property and found two additional nests that were and obvious as could be. MVPC had removed the first nest but did not spray residual chemicals to keep the others from returning and setting up camp again. Leighton took care of this. Then he saw that MVPC left parts of the previous nest, casings ect... that would attract the wasps back, and took care of that.

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. If I could give 1000 stars and 1000 reviews for her I would. This company has something very special with her on their team.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

Had Arizona Professional out last week to deal with bees in a compost bin. It was Sunday, but they answered right away. Bees were taken care of same day. 5 stars!

I had a large, male rat living under behind my dishwasher, sink, and in my walls for weeks. I called another big name pest control company (their vehicles are yellow mice); they put black boxes around my house and did nothing but check the boxes once a week. In the meantime, the smell coming from my kitchen was nauseating. They informed me that I might want to move out of my house for a few months, because that's how long it could take to catch the rat. I was in a living nightmare and a friend suggested I call Jacqueline from Critter Control. Jacqueline came over at 6 pm that evening and within a day and a half she caught the rat. She is absolutely amazing! She brought an arsenal of tools (cameras, etc.) and looked behind all appliances, in walls, under sinks and found all the holes he was using to live and travel throughout my house. Look at the pictures of the rat she caught! Can you imagine living with this for weeks? Don't waste your time with any other company. Call Jacqueline at Critter Control and don't go through weeks of torment.
