Best Termite Treatments in Phoenix AZ

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

The best termite company in Phoenix as far as I know, with the best prices. We used this company for nearly a decade without any problems. Their prices are cheaper than any other company I've called (others were 3 times the price for the same work), and they are on time, friendly, and professional. I recommend them to all my friends/family. When we moved in, we had an intensive whole house treatment done, and didn't have any more issues for many years. Now, as we move out we just need a few spots treated. Their website is being updated - it doesn't show, but they are licensed.

Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.

I did the bargain packing from AZEX pest control and was very PLEASED! Great deal and Caleb (pest inspector) came out two weeks later and checked my whole house with their k-9. Once again very pleased with his professionalism and the dogs behavior. Having bed bugs is a nightmare but this company gave me piece of mind. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We use Excel for our monthly pest control. Before being on a monthly schedule we had been seeing scorpions on the patio and a couple in the house. Since being in a regular schedule I haven’t seen any! Thank you Excel for taking care of these stinging pests! ❤️

Aldo was very responsive and called me literally moments after I clicked for more information. When he set an appointment he showed up on time and respectful of the property. I appreciate that he was constantly giving us information about what he did and did not find and provided solutions for the issue he did find. I would definitely use Arizona's Exterminator Co. again. Vintage is the best. We have been using them since we moved to Arizona and initially we had a scorpion problem but since having vintage, we have seen none. They are diligent, responsive and considerate. Meghan in the front office is so helpful and Trent and Kyle take care of our house really well. I’m so thankful to them.

Aaron is awesome super friendly and keeps me updated on his arrival, work that has been done, suggestions etc. I always look forward to his visits as he arrives with a friendly smile and does a thorough job. He always provides excellent customer service.

Great service and results. Have used them for a year now and went from finding over a dozen scorpions a night when we moved in to maybe two a month now. Couldn't be happier.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

Very happy with Fromms Pest Control. We were scheduled quickly and provided with not only exceptional service, but great customer service too! Nick was able to work with our schedule and educated us on what was going on in our home! Five stars isn’t enough! We received quotes from multiple companies and Fromms was by far the best and didn’t come with any contracts or added charges on the day of service!

They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
