Very happy with Fromms Pest Control. We were scheduled quickly and provided with not only exceptional service, but great customer service too! Nick was able to work with our schedule and educated us on what was going on in our home! Five stars isn’t enough! We received quotes from multiple companies and Fromms was by far the best and didn’t come with any contracts or added charges on the day of service!

They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. They came once and said they would be out the necesary times until it was controlled...now they wont answer my calls

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
