It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Nick Arkills is our service technician. He always smiles and is pleasant. When I talk to him about our service, he is always attentive and listens without interrupting. He addresses all my concerns and I feel like he goes the extra mile. I never feel like he's in a rush to get to the next call and takes the time to reassure me to call if I see anything. His customer service skills are excellent!

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

They always provide great pest control services! The tech does an extremely thorough job and uses a proactive approach for our treatments. We also appreciate his communication prior and after he treats our home. We would fully recommend them for any type of pest issues you may have!

Paul and crew at Pest Control One have been controlling our bugs for years. Plain and simply, what they do works great! I never have issues after or between treatments. Their new tech for communications and billing is great too!

I called late Friday afternoon Brian was at my house before 11 Saturday morning. He was effective and thorough. He explained what he was doing as he went. Brian took care of my problem. He was very professional but also nice and friendly . Definitely my kind of service rep.

A five star experience! I’ve always feared scorpions. My friends have gotten them. I hear about them. I’ve even watched videos of them to try and get over my fear. My day finally came when a tiny little yellow scorpion find its way into my laundry room floor, and boy was I not prepared. Michael came out and explained so much about these creepy critters and spent a lot of time spraying our home. I feel so much better now. Thank you again!!!
