Annette and Ken are great - super friendly, always on-time and provide me with superior service compared to the other companies. They are not a franchise and so I never feel treated like I was just another number.

I also love the fact that they are able to help with all of my needs, including termites, and they give a free termite inspection. I will always use them for my pest control needs in the Phoenix area.

After there service we were seeing so many scorpions in our house and John made it clear that if you see any scorpions call us and will take care of it . They don’t respond to text or call and we end up switching our service. I don’t trust because everytime either he is having Covid or something else and don’t show up for appointments!! One of the worst

Found that bees had moved into my eaves. Called ASAP on Sunday night and made an appointment for removal first thing Monday morning. Contacting ASAP was easy, they showed up on time, professionally resolved my bee problem, and provided a great value! ASAP even took steps to ensure that the bees don't return and provide a warranty if they do! It's been three weeks now and no bees! I am a very satisfied customer!

I am super stoked that I found a bug company that's actually reliable! I just moved here from another state and had never even heard of Bed Bugs. I used to have a regular company come out every month for ants and other regular critters but they were always late and didn't seem to care. I got a completely different vibe from these guys. He made sure he took care of all the areas that needed attention even the ones we weren't aware of. I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!
