The owner Patrick was great to work with! I had a couple of concerns that I had expressed to the job super that he could not address and he directed me to Patrick. I was unsure of how that would go but I sent an email detailing my concerns and heard back in less than an hour. He 100% addressed my concerns and I could not be happier. The true character of a company shows through when there are things outside the norm to deal with (I admit I can be high maintenance) and Patrick and Multi Pro went above and beyond! I have a large home in the Rio Verde area and after hard rains we discovered that we had a significant leak in the roof tiles on the back side of our home. We contact Geo Roofing and they came our right away and fixed the leak that same day. Not only did they fix this leak but they also carefully inspected the rest of our roof and repaired several other areas that also needed attention.
We found them to be polite, professional. efficient and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the job that they did and we will be very comfortable referring them to family and friends.

Had a complicated manufacturer warranty issue with GAF. Diversified helped document the problem and helped me obtain the funds for repair. Additionally, the repair was difficult (had to remove defective ice and water shield), but the company patiently worked through the issues and got the job done. I’m one-hundred percent satisfied with their work.

(To be clear, Diversified had nothing to do with initial roof installation).

My husband called Nextgen for his mother’s roof. They responded quickly with a quote. They kept my husband informed of the progress throughout the job and did a fabulous job. We have had Overson Roofing to our home for two different leaks, and in both incidents, they were professional, knowledgable, honest, and performed the repairs perfectly. They responded quickly when we had the emergency leak, and did the work without creating a mess. When everything was completed, the area that was repaired looked better than when the house was new. In fact, we regret that they weren't the contractors that installed the roof in the first place. We have owned two homes, and have hired many contractors over the years, but we cannot recommend any contractors as highly as we recommend Overson Roofing.

Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
