Professional from bid through entire job. Communicates well, quiet and respectful crew who did beautiful work. Cleaned up each day and the final sweep with a magnet for stray nails was part of the job. Absolutely recommend.

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

I used this company to have my tile roof redone. They took all the roof tile off, cleared off all of the old underlayment, put down new kamodo energy-efficient polymer sheeting and placed all the tile back on. The job was done in 2 1/2 days. The crew was professional, efficient and clean. Great job. ?

Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. We researched a lot of roofers when we sprung a leak. Of the 4 we narrowed down our list to, Rene from Express Roofing sold is on hiring them. He had amazing experience, amazing knowledge, and a good quote.... About average in price, but without all the 'hooks' that the other places would catch on with and send the final invoice into YIKES country.
Express was quick, professional and they let us know what was happening as they progressed, even to the point of flying a drone over and sending us a narrated link to show what was going on daily.

Price, experience, workmanship...the ingredients to a satisfied customer, and they are the first recipe in that cookbook.

My roof is 30 yrs old. Daryl came by and assessed its condition.
He recommended some structural changes along with the superior underlayment of TU43. There was a lot of water damage with rotted wood, plus a lot of cracked tiles. So pleased that the replacement tiles match my current tiles.
The guys did an amazing job on the roof, painting all the facia boards that were replaced, fixing the source of the issues I was having for a long time. I had 3 bids on the roof and Daryl's was the most thorough and the price was right.

My friends and neighbors come by and say WOW, your house looks FANTASTIC.
