Best Tile Underlayment Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I called Ky-Ko to replace a couple corner tiles that broke and fell off the roof. I got a call from Ernie and scheduled a meeting. He was professional and thorough with his repair recommendations. I tried to get another estimate from 2 other contractors, but apparently they were too busy. I called Ernie back and accepted their proposal. About 2 weeks later the crew came and fixed my roof. I paid exactly what I was quoted and have not had any problems with my roof since then. I highly recommend Ky-Ko for anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

After a few weeks, Ashley called me back just to follow up on their quote and to see if I had any questions. Out of all 5 quotes, Hardacker Roofing came out on top, and the 10 year installation warranty was a plus.

Bonnie help setup the appointment and answered any questions I had about materials. Honestly, if it came down to just pure customer service, hands down Hardacker is amazing. Thank you ladies for making this first time homeowner feel good about replacing an important piece of my home!

Last year, Kody replaced half our roof when he was GM of another company. He was on top of the job, had a great crew, pricing was way below my other bids and he was always responsive. Fast forward to today, I am remodeling and had a minor roof leak on another section of my roof. Our contractor was trying to get a roofer out, tried several connections and all were busy. Panic set in yesterday with rain on the way. I tracked down Kody, finding he was now CEO of Reimagine Roofing. I called him yesterday at around 4 PM and he said he was on the case. At 8:30 AM Eric arrived at our house. He was able to diagnose and fix our Spanish clay roof within a few hours. For the record, any historic estimate was crazy because those tiles break so easily. Eric navigated them like a true expert, took pictures of all issues and repairs, and charged a super reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!!

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

I was facing a deadline because of a inspection report and a house sale and these guys came through big-time the next day. They are licensed professionals who do excellent work and pay attention to customer service. They run a business that provides the proper paperwork as well. The previous company must not have waited for our roof it to dry as their coating began to flake not long after they recoated it. Terrible! I guess they weren't crazy about quality that day.

Had another company (that had repaired our tile roof in our old home) come out to repair the parts that were peeling off. It turns out that they used the wrong material which had to be scrapped off before recoating.

Duraform was extremely thorough powerwashing, repairing and preparing our roof. And they waiting a good long time for the repairs and recent rain to dry out.

Roof looks great! I'm really happy with these guys.

A final word of advice. Get a flat roof specialist to repair and coat your flat roof.

I don't ever give reviews but this company deserves it!!! I got their name from a neighbor that was very happy with her roof and I am glad I called them. Sean came by to look at my roof. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He sent over a quote within a suitable time. The price was reasonable so I decided to go with them. When Brian and his crew were replacing the roof they were on time everyday, they cleaned up during the work and at the end of each day. They even removed my old satellite dish. Once the roof was complete Brian met with me to look at the roof to ensure satisfaction. Sean also reached out to ensure I did not have any questions or concerns. Now on to quality...I am a very picky person but this roof is beautiful! The pictures don't do justice. I am very happy with the service this company provides. I will be recommending them to anyone that I hear needs roof work. Thank you Sean, Brian and crew!

The entire crew w/ Desert Canyon was outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and showed me what was being done from the tear off of my flat roof to the plywood replacement, to the foam spray coverage to the elastomeric paint. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

The lady at the receiving office its so cool.. she went up to the trucks out on the street asking who was firts before opening the gate.. As a truck driver I appreciate whats she did and the other drivers like that too.. I wish all the receiving companies had a little of phoenx Boral receiving depat

I was absolutely happy with the work Randall Cloud and his crew did for my home! It was a good sized job and they did great work, made my roof look like new and cleaned up all the mess on their way out. I would recommend Randall's company to anyone needing help. I purchased my home in 2015 and the prior owner had a warranty with Roof Medics on a section of roof that they did. I hired them to do the remaining roof sections two weeks ago on my flat roof areas with foam. Daryl and the team are very knowledgeable and showed up on the stated installation date. The crew was very clean and did a thorough job. I even received before and after images of the work with a final invoice. I highly recommend Roof Medics.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude and strung out workers, doing a sloppy job and leaving a huge mess behind. Do not use this company.
