Best Steep Slope Roofing in Phoenix AZ

Had some tiles move due to a storm. Called Scott Roofing and the dispatcher was beyond friendly a very helpful. They had estimator come out (John Johnson) and he went up to look at the damage. Came down about 15min later with the roof tiles moved back in place and the broken tiles repaired. He was the nicest guy and very friendly. He told me we were all good and what had happened. If a team was to come out it would be about $400 and was way beyond the help I needed. So he saves me so much time and money while being very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Scott roofing to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your help!

After giving me a new roof, we had a very difficult problem. In the end Devon worked very, very hard over several weeks to fix the problem, drywall and paint the area. Looks like new. And Richard is definitely the nicest and most professional employee they could ever have.

My husband accidentally broke a shingle in our roof because he tried to get the flying saucer toy for Dobby ( our dog). My neighbor recommended Mikku and Sons because they did a great job with their roof. I contacted them immediately because I was afraid that more shingles would fall off the ground due to the wind. If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago.
