Warranty Work..... Takes a lot of work to get a service call

We recently purchased 2 new properties and both of the house roofing needed a replacement. Thankfully, Mikku and Sons were with our family who always took care of maintaining our roofs especially in our main house. We did not have any problems because their expertise is proven and tested. They gave accurate estimates for the service that they will conduct to our other properties and after all the installation of new roofing, me and my husband are fully satisfied with their great service. I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

Great experience. There was initially an additional charge for a facia board replacement which was replaced and not charged. Very pleased.

Larry and his crew were here at the time they quoted me. They worked 8 hours a day for two days and finished my 2100 sq. ft. house in that short time. I like the way it looks, they were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would have this company and Larry's crew do work for me again if I need it.

Re-Vamp Roofing helped me with a leaky roof, the job consisted of replacing broken tiles, replacing old flashing, and replacing the paper. They responded quickly and got the job done efficiently.
