This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. Employees and management are helpful

Overall the roof repair was satisfactory. The trim and vents were left unpainted even though it was stated in the estimate. There was slight damage to our patio wall paint from falling debris and cement. Finally, I never received a return call after reaching out to the representative to discuss said concerns. No representation once deal was agreed upon.

First off, I couldn't be happier with are new slate tile roof. We had bids from 3 other large roofing contractors. North Groups price was right in line with the others. What all these contractors didn't know, is that I have been in construction for over 40 years. I asked Jeff some very technical questions and without hesitation he fired right back. (As he laughed) This guy is very smart. Refreshing that there are people out there with skills these days. It is hard to find. We hired Jeff because he knew what he was doing, period. I can only tell you the other large roofing companies just sent out there sales guy's that clearly didn't know specifics. Well, if your going to be in this business you better know the specifics.
