Best Siding in Phoenix AZ

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

After many quotes this roofing company had the best price with quality material that fit our budget. There was zero pressure from the sales person to make a sale. Office staffs were amazing, professional and informative throughout the process. The installers were Outstanding, very knowledgable, professional and the job was completed with the time frame that I was promised. Looking forward to more work in the future by this roofing company.

The only reason they received 4 instead of 5 stars is because they were so busy that I had to wait more than 2 months before they could do the job. But that was because they are good. Inspection was done by Elijah and expertly. He was the only roofer, and I contacted several, who suggested fix and not replacement of the whole roof. The price was right, and I called was nice and helpful. I endorse them to month ago Chandler did a perfect job replacing damaged wood on my apartment building. Elijah made sure that went smooth and that the job was done correctly. The quality of work was outstanding including matching the color. I would give them 10 stars but you only have 5 available.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! ARR were quick to schedule an appointment and come out.
Alan came out and was straightforward and honest after inspecting the roof in saying there is not a problem with the roof. Clearly explained why. Very easy to work with. Extremely fair in his pricing for a roof inspection.
