Best Roofing Membranes in Phoenix AZ

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Jack and his crew were very professional. They arrived when they said, cleaned up daily and did a wonderful job. Being a contractor myself I can really appreciate the hard work with no nonsense. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again Jack.
