It's been a little scary getting a roofing company that will do EXACTLY what they say they're going to do, and do it at a fair price. I finally found the right folks after 3 attempts with others. These people are solid, and you can trust them to do high quality work, on time.

Got the job done in a timely manner, with no complaints. Already recommended them to my neighbors, along with me family outside of Phoenix.

I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

It’s been difficult to find a roof repair company, because everyone just wants to replace the entire roof. However, I saw these guys doing work while I was running and asked if they could replace couple shingles for me. This was on Friday, by Monday I had my shingles replaced.

Owner Tim arrived out in the rain and did an emergency tarp when my interior bedroom ceiling was leaking & getting stained. Jan is top-notch too. She was able to get my insurance to accept a rewritten bid & put more money ( and repairs ) into my claim. They are responsible & try their best to satisfy all your concerns . The lady at the receiving office its so cool.. she went up to the trucks out on the street asking who was firts before opening the gate.. Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
