I will start at the point of getting estimates for a new roof. The owner of Brown Roofing did the estimate himself. The first thing Craig told me was to get three quotes and to make sure to compare apples to apples on materials/extras he would offer versus his competitors. He spent the time to explain how the roof would be installed and answered any questions I had. Brown Roofing was the only company that gave me an all inclusive price onsite (there would be no surprises). Craig price was in the middle but he offered more than any competitor and had the best warranty.

The owner Craig was onsite the first day of the job to ensure any questions I had were answered and to get his crew going. The crew from Brown Roofing arrived early each day and worked long hours. They added extra flashing and designed a drain for my dead valley that I would have never envisioned. After a day of hard work they went the extra mile to do an impeccable cleanup job.

Craig ended the job by doing a final inspection and adding touch ups as if he was working on his own home. I felt like to entire process could not have gone any better. Brown Roofing gets top rating for a reason. They run a business with integrity and have a sincere desire to go the extra mile for their clients. I will recommend Brown Roofing to anyone that asks.

Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally. We had the roof done a couple of months ago and am very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Travis & Turner at Nextgen Coating & Roofing Systems.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.
