There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. The owner came and inspected our roof after having a home inspection for the sale of our home. We needed someone to come quickly as we had a closing date approaching and he came out, gave me all the information of what needed to be fixed and came back in two days to complete the work. He was quick, fair and was very thorough in his work. We will definitely be using this company for any roofing need in the future. It was a pleasure working with them.

work Technician-Allen from HANSON’S did a great job today on a window that had parts fall out of the track somehow! He then went on to check if the locks worked and found a broken lock repaired it! Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with, from start to finish these guys were amazing. I had a portion of my roof redone and they did an amazing job. They scheduled me in when everyone else said they couldn't do it. They priced the job fair and did everything they said they would. Craftsmanship was A++. I really can't say enough good thigth about them I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Alan and his crew performed minor roof repair to our home quickly, and was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We organized the day before to come out for a free estimate and he ended up performing the work on the same day. They even took photos of the work, which is fantastic as the roof is not an easy place to navigate. Alan is on speed dial for our roofing needs, highly recommended.
