TSM Roofing came by way of personal referral and I couldn't be more pleased with all the details of the replacement of my roof. In fact, neighbors commented on how well the crew worked - huge crew...my roof was up in a day! - and how good the new roof looks. I Hope Sheldon goes far with his business. He earned my trust and admiration. Have already recommend him personally to others.

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Storm damage repairs are speedy and the follow up has always been thorough.

This was a very professional company. The first thing that impressed me is that they said that they would arrive at 6:00 am and not only did they arrive at exactly at that time but the owner of the company Daryl was with the crew. Daryl made sure I was taken care of before he left the job. All the workers were very friendly and hard working and were very knowledgeable about the products being used on my roof. They were tidy and cleaned up as they removed the old shingles from my roof. The job was handled with pride in their workmanship. I was very happy with the job the Roof Medics did and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or even just some roof repair. The owner Daryl definitely goes the extra mile for customers. He did for me and I am sure I am not the first or the last. The Roof Medics knows how to take care of a customer. Talk about customer satisfaction !!

The combination of ALLROOFS and GAF can't be beat. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.
