Best Regular Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We own two homes in Northwest Phoenix. Both houses had roof damage in recent monsoon storms. TSM Roofing replaced both roofs. Owner was attentive to detail. Workers efficient. All work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

The section requiring repair now appears like new. I have found over the years that Renco provides dependable, courteous, conscientious workers. Will and Joe were proud of their work and cleaned up the area nicely.

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

The Roof Medics performed an entire replacement of the underlayment of our tile roof and also replaced the flat roof of our covered back porch.
