This company was doing my neighbors roof in February. Needing a repair the crew came over to evaluate the problem. ( they do have a knowledgeable crew chief). After that it was frustrating dealing with Joel and the company. I made several calls and emails requesting the quote and roofing samples but no response, or no show for items requested. I finally reached Joel and was told the repair would be done by the end of the week, I was never scheduled. By the end of June, I was tired of waiting and trying to contact them. They did me a favor. I found another roofing company, who came out promptly to evaluate the problem and it was fixed in a week. If you have to beg a company to do a job, and you have a problem after the work was done, would the lack of response be the same , my guess is yes!

Today was the second occasion that I used AZ Finest Roofing. Both times it was a very pleasant experience. They came on time to do the estimate and the work. They emailed their estimate, the date and time of work, and a receipt. The quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up upon completion, and didn't try to upsell me, plus everyone was personable.

In-Ex team was awesome to work with. They did a great job and communicated clear plans and expectations.

We called multiple companies to determine if we needed a roof repair. Express Roofing came to our home and provided the most detailed explanation of our roof issues/concerns. The company is family owned, and you can tell from the minute you call to set-up a free estimate. The owner and his son came to our home and provided the estimate. They spent a great deal of time looking over our roof and patio roof. They took video and still shots of our roof and provided both to us, so we could better understand the areas of concern with our roof. The video had commentary, which helped us better understand what should be included in a roof repair. Express Roofing was not the cheapest of our estimates, but genuinely appreciated the time they took to explain the issues with our roof and the integrity of their employees. They communicated with us frequently, the job site staff were courteous, professional and on-time (EVERY day). The crew thoroughly cleaned-up their mess each day to prevent our children and pets from being injured. A drone was flown over our home 1/2 way through the repair and after completion of the job. Rene (the owner) takes pride in his craftsmanship and company, and it shows. We cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. Well worth every penny, to have peace of mind!
