My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched.
