If my review of Lyons Roofing reads like a love letter, it should. When you find the best, they deserve your praise.
I came to Lyons by research, after firing our prior Roofer and having an utter mess of a leaking, ponding flat roof with many issues. Lyons was so busy that I had to wait months for them to be able to quote my job and take on my project. It was worth every minute of the wait.
From Katherine in the office, to Ananda in scheduling, to my on site estimator Terry, to my Foreman Jeff and to the hard working crews who completely tore off, rebuilt and refoamed my roof... there are not enough words for your competence, professionalism, constant contact, pride in your company and your jobs and for the care you took of me and my home. Respectful, competent and complete. The job was violent in its tear off, tricky from prior incompetence and nerve wracking. But Lyons always does it right. They have roofed other neighbor's homes as well and everyone raves about them. There are so many reasons they have the incredible reputation they do. I am so grateful to them and love knowing I have a wonderfully sound and solid roof over my head. You couldn't ask for a better roofing company.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
