Unfortunately, a pipe leading to one of our upstairs showers sprung a leak. Johnny, Pete, and Darius were unbelievably helpful in diagnosing and remedying the issue not only with the upstairs shower, but also with the hardwood floor on the first floor immediately beneath it -- which, unfortunately, was also affected.
