Banging on my roof at 6:30 a.m. when asked to stop it was bosses orders, talked to boss and he says they won’t be up there till 7:30 a.m. tomarrow. I talk to my landlord he informs me that they weren’t even supposed to be up there till 730.. then after the landlord tells them to get down the work has the nerve to say there’s your hr.. I told his messican ass yo run my hands for talking stupid. mike was just unprofessional, regardless of circumstances.

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. He isn’t pushy at all or just trying to sell you a job and follows through on his commitments to you! He’s confident working with adjusters and highly experienced with insurance claims (possibly the most experienced in the valley). His company isn’t storm chasing as many companies do to get business. After almost a dozen quotes and interviews from contractors I put all my trust in Scott and In-Ex Designs and would definitely recommend them to do your roof. He exceeded every one of my expectations and even when I thought there might me a problem with the materials delivered he quickly and promptly corrected it with no problems (no argument or defensive attitude). Not only that but went way above and beyond with any question or concerns I had and I had way too many (first time homeowner). Through all this I found not only my roofing professional but made a friend too in the process. If you’re looking for one of if not the best roofing contractors in the valley talk to Scott and feel free mention my review (he offers $150 referral credit). In-Ex Designs knocked this problem out of the park with a grand slam!!!
