Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

Gorman roofing company is a inconsiderate company that leaves their company trucks parked in apt space parking that is meant for residents and not ment for big box trucks. They take up 10 parking spots all day.

As well they leave their hazardous roofing chemicals out for anyone to get into. When they should be stored safely and correctly.

Purchased our new roof in late December of 2017. From the beginning the roof had some issues. They did repair and complete these issues. During the 3 yrs we bought the roof they were called out 3 to 4 times to fix a leak in a certain portion of the roof.. Each time repairing the area under warranty. Late August 2020, roof leaked and caused wall damage inside the home, this was a lengthy process but with the help of Lorena in the office, repairs were covered by the warranty. Lorena always had my best interest at heart and she took amazing care of me and my home. I am thankful for her and Diversified management for giving me a positive experience during this last incident.

Very happy how the roof came out. Tim was on top of the entire process and made sure that it was nothing short of perfection.
