Mikki & Sons reroofed my home 3 years ago, and and now in the process of selling this home. Had a couple of minor roof repairs per the home inspection. Called Josh and he immediately took care of these issues so I could get this home closed. GREAT service!

They offered friendly and professional service, impressing me with their determined effort to provide a quality job in a timely manner. They far exceeded my expectations, in that the job was done on the day they began and the roof looks fabulous! The crew cleaned up as they went, and then again thoroughly when they had completed their work. We choose Vertex to do a new Metal roof on our home. Korbyn came to our home, and gave us a presentation on their products. We were impressed with his professionalism. Korbyn explained their products and answered all of our questions.
When the installers came, the supervisor introduced himself and got right to work. They worked long hours and cleaned up each day before they left. We are extremely pleased with their job. It has made our home look new and fresh. We highly recommend them.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

I recently had to contact Durafoam as a person that inherited their warranty from the past owner of our home. I was impressed with how friendly, responsive and reasonable they were about addressing my concern. The complete opposite of what I rehearsed in my head before calling. What a refreshing change to find conscientious, integrity in the roofing world!

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

Shoddy work! 2019 paid them to fix roof leakage, 3 years later and leaking in the exact same spots again. The crew cracked tiles and didn't say anything, very shady! I happened to be on my roof and had to call them out on there poor quality. I am out of my warranty and now they want 24k for a whole new roof! Total sham, I will be giving 24k to a more professional company. I am convinced the 5 star review they previously held was all family or friends and this is NOT a 5 Star company . Do yourself a favor and seek a different roofer. Daryl the owner needs to develop his customer service skills, it is my pleasure to bust up this bogus 5 star rating and bring this companies true services to light.

Jake is an outstanding worker. And takes a lot of pride in his work. That's what separates his work from the rest. And very reliable always on time.
