Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

Lazy workers that only do what they have to do. First sign of rain i am scared for our electronics because the roofs always leak water as if there are multiple holes in roof

We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.

We hired D & L to do our commercial building, which has about a 5,500 square foot flat roof. Greg and his team did a great job, explaining the process along the way, and getting the work done quickly, even with the hot days we had. I highly recommend their service for anything related to a commercial roof.

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
