First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.
