The owner of the company, Alan, has always arrived on time and provided a thorough examination and explanation of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and an estimate to get the job completed. He provided a schedule and his crews always arrived on time, ready to work. I’ve seen the same crew at each job. Alan treats them like family and they are some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. At the end of each work day they thoroughly clean the job site, removing any debris and most importantly, any nails. Every job has been completed on time and on budget.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Recent storms damaged our roof. After contacting our insurance company, which we've never had to do an insurance claim before, it was determined we needed a whole new roof. Yikes. The combination of ALLROOFS and GAF can't be beat. As a Master Elite Roofer ALLROOFS applied the highest standards to my GoldenPledge Roof; no detail was overlooked and I had the additional benefit of having the manufacturer (GAF) warrant my roof. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
