Best Entire Replacement in Phoenix AZ

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

Almeida Roofing was not referred to us but we saw them replace a few roofs in our neighborhood. They were professional, friendly, and responsive. Loved the work they did.

Patterson roofing had a better quote than others we had give us a bid and better quality materials. We are REALTORS® and will be sending clients their way as we were very pleased on the work they did from start to finish.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. Roof Medics replaced my entire flat roof in September 2014 prior to my moving in. In the Fall of 2018, I called to talk about low spots over the roof. Daryl came out within a couple of days and looked at the roof. No leaks. I told him that workers had noticed the low spots while running electrical for a walk in tub. Daryl sent crew back to be sure the new electrical going into the roof we’re properly sealed. I really appreciate that attention to detail. And, highly recommend them to friends. Cheryl Ryan

GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
