BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE. BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING AZ!!!

Show when they said they would. Left are clean every day. Nice clean job!! finished earlier than expected.

My wife and I had just moved into our first home and the house has the original roof from a little over 20 years ago. We were advised by the inspector that it was time for a replacement. After shopping around and considering many options, we went with Diversified Roofing. Because we were in a budget and a time crunch, this was the best fit for us!

Scott oversaw the process. He and his team were professional, courteous, and extremely quick. Our roof was essentially done within half a day!

Ever since the job was finished, my wife and I have been in awe with the job well done and we feel like our home had one of the best tops in the neighborhood!

Worked with Travis over the past year or so on a couple of projects. He is very professional and thorough. highly recommend him on commercial and industrial roofing projects in the Phoenix AZ area.

What impressed me is how fast they came out for the inspection and how honest they were. To top it off the roof came out great and 1 day ahead of schedule.

Have damage on interior walls after heavy rain 7/25 and 7/26. Took a chance after looking at roofing company reviews and called Richard at Priority Roofing . He answered right away and came out and gave us a bid. He was able to get to it right away. Repair done and will tell results when next heavy rain.

Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.

Freddy gave out backyard patio a new roof, and he was highly professional and extremely neat. GREAT JOB. I highly recommend them.
He ran into a challenge and ran with it, well done.

Glendale roofing and his team did a fantastic job with replacing my gutter! Very professional and gave a very responsible price for the work done. Would highly recommend, and will be using them for any future roofing needs.

Sub Contractors Beware, this company does not pay as agreed! I have called and talked to Rob the owner 3x and he always says he will look into it and call back but guess what.... he never calls back so if you do not want to get stiffed on your work, run from Roofing Southwest and Rob.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
