This was a very professional company. The first thing that impressed me is that they said that they would arrive at 6:00 am and not only did they arrive at exactly at that time but the owner of the company Daryl was with the crew. Daryl made sure I was taken care of before he left the job. All the workers were very friendly and hard working and were very knowledgeable about the products being used on my roof. They were tidy and cleaned up as they removed the old shingles from my roof. The job was handled with pride in their workmanship. I was very happy with the job the Roof Medics did and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or even just some roof repair. The owner Daryl definitely goes the extra mile for customers. He did for me and I am sure I am not the first or the last. The Roof Medics knows how to take care of a customer. The first thing that impressed me regarding Canyon Roofing was the professionalism Jim displayed when he came out to do his initial evaluation and subsequent quote. Compared to the other companies I had come out, Jim really took the time to explain to me exactly what was to be done. When I was speaking with him one thing was clear, I was speaking with a caring professional. The next thing that caught my attention was the quote I received from Canyon State, is was significantly less, for the same services, than that which I received from two other roofing companies. The final and most important thing that impressed me about Canyon State was the kindness and professionalism of his staff.
