We solicited four quotes from different valley roofers. All quotes were within $300.00 of each other. We went with Express Roofing. What the other three proposed contracts offered differed immensely. Anything extra cost an arm and a leg, making our decision easy. Rene went over everything, ensuring us what would be done (which included a lot of extras that the other companies offered at an additional cost or just didn't offer.) Rene is passionate about his roofing company, and it showed. They did everything he said they would do. He took before (with problem areas) and after pictures/videos for our records. Jeff handled the logistics and did a fantastic job keeping us updated on everything. Ricardo and his crew did an outstanding job with the roof and left every evening with the area looking as though they hadn't been there. Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price.
