My roof sustained significant damage this monsoon season resulting in 9 different leaking areas. After receiving estimates from numerous roofing companies, I found Jeff (owner) to be the most honest regarding what portions of my roof needed repair now and which portions could wait. We ended up upgrading from shingle to tile and the house looks better than ever! Highly recommend

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.

They won't honor warranties. They'll take your money when you purchase one from them and then they'll make every single excuse they can think of to get out of honoring it.

The staff I interfaced with was very helpful with the project of replacing the roof and removeing a evap cooler. The crew did an excellent job from start to clean up to finish. We are extremely happy.

AZ foam masters is my favorite foam company to work with. Having hired a few other companies prior to talking to Mike I was able to compare his services to the others. When installing my roof he went above and beyond and was so pleasant to work with. Not only was the service great but the product keeps our home cool much more efficiently in these summer months. I will not be taking my business anywhere else!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. The absolute WORST roofing company I have ever worked with. Incredibly inconsiderate, and disrespectful workers who left my lot littered with trash.

I had this company come to repair my roof. They took my money (3000$+) but did NOTHING. I lived out of town so no chance to inspect their work. By that time I assumed all the ppl will do their job with honesty. I was too naive. My neighbor helped me inspect the roof and told me nothing had been done. I had to go through a dispute process with Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get my money back. I have learned so much from this lesson. Never assume with granted that ppl will do their job.

I did business with Collum Roofing a few years back for my business and even then I felt the service was a little questionable but I'm a busy man so I moved on. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and left a message with their phone attendant and have since left 5 other messages with the same individual. Now, I do not blame her because she was forwarding the messages but Mike was deciding not to return them either because it was a possible warranty repair or because he just has poor follow through. I finally received an email address I could use to reach out in email form and I received a response back that showed a total lack of concern and Mike showed me waiting 7 weeks meant nothing to him. He never once apologized and his responses were short. I am a business owner myself and this is only the second time in my life I have gone to social media to voice my thoughts but the total disregard has pushed me to put this out there. There are many people out there that are fueled by drama so complaining is a norm but for me it takes a whole lot for me to go to this length. I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others to think twice before using their services.
