His work crew addressed the work in a timely, careful, and efficient manner. We had them return to look at one small item within a week after completion and they made the adjustment. We were very pleased with the entire experience of replacing the underlay for our concrete tile roof. The cosmetic features of their work, including selection of birdstop color to the color of concrete caps, resulted in an even better appearance than the original installation and subsequent repairs.

Worked with Dan to install a roof at our place in N Phx. Dan was amazing! Apart from the work itself, I had some amazing conversations with him and he was very supportive of our situation and sometimes even went beyond to save us extra costs. We had so many estimates from roof companies and some of them were also a lot cheaper, but after talking to Dan, we knew we did not want anyone else. Had a fantastic experience with this company. Alan came to examine the roof and provided me with a repair quote. When I asked for a quote for the entire roof, he gave me a number but said the remaining areas would likely be fine for three to five years. His honesty was refreshing as most businesses would have gone for the higher priced service. His crew arrived on time daily, cleaned up the area daily, were professional, and finished earlier than expected. I have given their information to others who need repairs. Great small business!

Rj's Roofing Services was always responsive and accommodating to any request. I am very happy with the company and would heartily recommend it.

First off, I couldn't be happier with are new slate tile roof. We had bids from 3 other large roofing contractors. North Groups price was right in line with the others. What all these contractors didn't know, is that I have been in construction for over 40 years. I asked Jeff some very technical questions and without hesitation he fired right back. (As he laughed) This guy is very smart. Refreshing that there are people out there with skills these days. It is hard to find. We hired Jeff because he knew what he was doing, period. I can only tell you the other large roofing companies just sent out there sales guy's that clearly didn't know specifics. Well, if your going to be in this business you better know the specifics.

I had a small roof done by ultra foam . Very pleased with job from start to finish. I would recommend using ultra foam for your roof.

Today was no different in the quality 3 years ago. Three years ago, I called Hays Roofing to address a roof water leak. They arrived on time, determined, and explained the problem, made recommendations, provided a reasonable price estimate, scheduled an appointment for repair, arrived again on time and preformed excellent work that has created no issues to this day. All accomplished for the agreed price.

Because of the recent very high winds some of the Spanish tile's lifted and were blow around on the roof. The homes on each side of me had the same problem with their tiles. Less than 72 hours ago I called Hays Roofing. About 2 hours later I received a call from Jerrod Watson of Hays Roofing to set up an appointment for today. Today he arrived a few minutes early, walked the roof, corrected the wind-blown tile issue, identified two broken tiles on the roof that were far removed from the wind damaged area and asked if I had any reserve tiles. I did. Jerrod returned to the roof with two replacement tiles, removed the broken tiles, and installed the replacements. No charges were assessed.

Hired Freddy to replace my patio roof. Found them to be professional, on schedule, and highly skilled. The craftsmanship was excellent!

Great experience from beginning to end. Sales representative came out and did a diligent job. Walked me through everything and answered questions - never felt like they were forcing the sell like some other companies. Crew was timely and the job was well done, and couldn't be happier!

I did business with Collum Roofing a few years back for my business and even then I felt the service was a little questionable but I'm a busy man so I moved on. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and left a message with their phone attendant and have since left 5 other messages with the same individual. Now, I do not blame her because she was forwarding the messages but Mike was deciding not to return them either because it was a possible warranty repair or because he just has poor follow through. I finally received an email address I could use to reach out in email form and I received a response back that showed a total lack of concern and Mike showed me waiting 7 weeks meant nothing to him. He never once apologized and his responses were short. I am a business owner myself and this is only the second time in my life I have gone to social media to voice my thoughts but the total disregard has pushed me to put this out there. There are many people out there that are fueled by drama so complaining is a norm but for me it takes a whole lot for me to go to this length. I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others to think twice before using their services.
