We were provided with a detailed estimate that outlined exactly what they would be doing, how they were going to do it and when it would be completed. Costs were broken down in laymen terms and a separate wood pricing sheet was provided that reflected the cost for molding, fascia and plywood. Their preparation of the pool area was excellent, the existing underlayment was all removed and not left down to be covered over, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away each day.
