Excellent customer service. I, admittedly, was a very picky customer and wanted everything done perfectly. They were extremely receptive, responsive, and friendly to my requests, everyone down from the service manager to the technicians that came out to do the work.

We called Solutions Roofing in a pinch to come and inspect the roof of the house we were buying on the last day of the inspection window and they were able to come same day and get us a quote later that night. They ended up saving us thousands of dollars and did a great job in repairing the roof.

Both the office staff and Oscar, the roofer, treated us great and did exactly what they said they would. They got to our house early, got the work in, and were gone without a single nail left as trash. They were able to fix our roof just before the monsoons started.

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Had an absolutely outstanding experience using Express Roofing to get a new cedar roof on my older historic neighborhood home. From calling/working initially with Jeremy for estimate logistics, thorough follow up proposal sent by Jenna, personal pre-start assessment by the owner Rene and great on the ground project execution daily from foreman Ricardo/team. In addition, creating a really personal touch through regular communications, developing an online photo album and drone videos around the progress of my home project. This was a very professional company. The first thing that impressed me is that they said that they would arrive at 6:00 am and not only did they arrive at exactly at that time but the owner of the company Daryl was with the crew. Daryl made sure I was taken care of before he left the job. All the workers were very friendly and hard working and were very knowledgeable about the products being used on my roof. They were tidy and cleaned up as they removed the old shingles from my roof. The job was handled with pride in their workmanship. I was very happy with the job the Roof Medics did and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or even just some roof repair. The owner Daryl definitely goes the extra mile for customers. He did for me and I am sure I am not the first or the last. The Roof Medics knows how to take care of a customer. Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
