We had roof damage back in Aug 2021. We had difficulty with the Insurance Company. Zona (Ryan) helped us with information. We had to wait until Jan 2022 to finally get the repairs done because of the Ins Co. Then rain hit us a couple of times and Zona helped us get our repairs done VERY quickly. The men were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great Job. Thank you so much for ALL of your help.

Canyon State Roofing did an excellent job replacing the underlayment on my tile roof. From the beginning, meeting with Jim to see which option of roofing material worked best for us, to working with his foreman, Miguel who began and completed the job, was a pleasant experience. They were professional and courteous. Jim explained our options and answered all of our questions. Miguel and his team cleaned up daily…….we never knew they had been at the house, except for the changes you could see on the roof. We were kept up to date with the process. I have used this roofing company for roof repairs in the past, but after a few storms, it was time for a full replacement. They are outstanding in both categories of service. The Contractor was able to quickly determine the need, assisted with contacting my insurance company and filing a claim, met with the insurance adjuster to point out all of defects, and explained every detail of the process with me prior to the work being done. They were able to schedule the installation sooner than originally estimated, and did an outstanding job with the installation as well as clean up afterward. He returned for a quality of work inspection, and this roofing company followed up with all of the paperwork required for the insurance agency. The entire process was MUCH easier than one would expect due to the extremely high level of customer service they provide. This roofing company is a top-tier company in all categories and I would recommend them to anyone seeking the services that they provide!

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Someone else told me I needed $1000s of work done. I called Durafoam and found out the only problem was a bee hive blocking a scupper. The guy who came out cleared the scupper and told me I just needed to caulk around it. So glad I called them.

I recently had Priority Roofing put on a new roof after a rain storm damaged it. Richard, the Owner and Colton, one of the Salesmen came out to my house and gave me an estimate and agreed to fix a few things that would not be paid for by the insurance company and they would not charge me. They were both so very nice and helpful in explaining everything and helping me to pick out shingles. Everything was done and fixed as they said it would be. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them. I think they did a great job. It is hard to find good work and honest people these days and I think they were both.
