Kevin came out immediately to inspect, provide a bid for the work and get us scheduled on our time. With us having to mitigate multiple facets of the previously botched work we are unable to have the roof repaired safely so Kevin in order to prevent anymore damage to our home came out and tarped and sealed down the extension for now to get us thru any rainfall. During the planning process, Jeff went above and beyond by providing us with addresses where various colors/ products had been installed nearby so that we could view them for ourselves. And, during the actual installation process, we were always kept informed and even received daily updates by way of YouTube videos of our job shot using a drone to fly overhead. ProWest did a great job on my roof. I had a lot of storm damage I had been ignoring. They inspected it and worked with my home owners insurance. Once approved, they scheduled and the roof was on in a day and a half. Great quality work. Great team of guys. Very responsive to emails and texts to get everything coordinated and finished. I would certainly recommend ProWest Roofing.

Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price.
