I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
