Our 25 year-old home needed tile roof maintenance to avoid potential water damage by monsoon rains. We went out and solicited total of 4 bids which had varied details to consider. DCR had lower price and did not charge extra for tiles that needed to be replaced. Work began and finished in 4 days. We are happy with the job they did.

They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. From the very beginning in discussions with Express Roofing LLC I found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. We were provided with a detailed estimate that outlined exactly what they would be doing, how they were going to do it and when it would be completed. Costs were broken down in laymen terms and a separate wood pricing sheet was provided that reflected the cost for molding, fascia and plywood. Their preparation of the pool area was excellent, the existing underlayment was all removed and not left down to be covered over, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away each day. Rene and Jenna are patient and take their time to explain each and every detail of their process. I highly endorse Express Roofing LLC to anyone in need of a new roof.

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.

Very unprofessional company

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
