The electrician was great. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He helped point out some future safety concerns with my electrical needs, but did not make me feel pressured to do it immediately. I appreciate the heads up about other issues I may run into down the road. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical need.

The techs were very professional and easy to talk to. One brought a package in for me on arrival. They were on time, gave a heads up on the way, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I want to report this tech, he quoted me a price $175 which included removing my ceiling light fixture and removing the electric box in my attic, but he didn't remove the electric box only hide the wire and charge me for removal of the box which he didn't remove. I'm a Christian person and I almost gave him some words. He will reap what he sows.People like this tech gives business's bad name/reviews. I will never use this service or referral

Chapin Electric, LLC did an amazing job! I just wanted to say that I have never seen a better job. The professionalism, no damage to walls, new recessed lights and chandeliers installation on my high vaulted ceiling. I absolutely love my new lights! Thank you so much for all your hard work! I have used them for multiple services. Chandler Electric Service has installed can lights throughout my home, outdoor lights, smart switches, if it's electric they have done it for me. They are courteous, on time and always get the job done!

One of their men installed an outlet and made a mess.

One of the most unprofessional people I came across. We ordered some uprights and beams from them over a month ago. After they cashed the payment they change the estimated delivery time and added two weeks on top of it, and after all that they ended delivering after working hours and in the middle of the night, and to make things worst we ended up receiving the wrong uprights. When I called them they were defensive and tried to blame us luckily i had the messages saved and showed it to them so they promised to work the situation out but in few days they stopped responding or answering the phone.

CE Electric took care of me on my commercial electric issues! From their initial phone call to the completion of repairs, they demonstrate utmost professionalism and prioritize customer service. What's more, they always follow up afterwards to make sure that everything is still working correctly and that you're satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them!

Tyler came in to look at some electrical issues I couldn't figure out and in a short time he had diagnosed, redirected some wire and made everything work just fine. Tyler is very clean looking, respectful of walking into my house with covered shoes, was very detailed in explaining what the situation was and how to make the repairs. Larry and Logan have been to my house twice. The first was when we bought the house and needed some electrical work done that was recommended by the home inspector. The second time was yesterday when they installed my Tesla wall connector in the car port that is attached to our house. They do a fantastic job and are a pleasure to work with. Super laid back, professional, great communication, and highly knowledgeable, they suit up, show up, and do exactly what they promise to do exactly when they say they are going to do it. I won't go anywhere else. 5 stars.

They did an excellent job with installing 5 Tesla car chargers for me at an apartment complex in South Dallas. I would definitely trust them to do future electrical work at the complex. Highly recommended!
