Everything about this process has been great, starting with the initial call to schedule an appointment! Adam was our service repairman, and he was always promptly, kind, and incredibly competent.

I'm reviewing an electrician in my region for the first time. In a matter of minutes, they fixed my fan and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a competent panel repair service.

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

I called B&C at the start of our remodeling project and Peter was flexible and great about working with and around all the work we had going on with the house. He ended up having to break his work into 3 different trips to fit us into his busy schedule and to accommodate all the work in ours too. He even worked late into the night to make sure he completed the project for us. When he gets there he is fast and thorough. Great honest guy.

Had them install a Ring security system, everything was great. We have a problem with the doorbell camera. I have called 6 times to get problem fixed. No response extremely disappointing with the lack of response.

Will Menzies has to be the most inviting person I have ever met from Milestone. He was professional and very thorough. Will explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He even was a pro at dealing with my chihuahua. Can we request him all the time? Thanks Will!

Eric showed up on time and did all the work as requested. I was very satisfied with the track light installation and his professionalism. His honesty and kindness was wonderful. I will use his services again and recommend him to others.

They never showed up

The team from this electrician service is exceptional! They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. They quickly resolved my electrical issue and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

I would recommend these folks for any electrical work. They are very professional and know what they are doing. We had two issues, first is that we had a breaker tripping when we turned on all the stovetop burners and the second is that the breaker for the microwave would trip if a hairdryer was used in the bathroom. They fixed both issues, by replacing the stove/oven breaker with the correct one and ran a new line and receptacle for the microwave. They got it done quickly and we are very happy with the result!

I only gave one star because I had to. TOOK MD OFF TRAINING AND EXPECTED ME TO UNDERSTAND THE JOB. SUPERVISOR WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE TO TRAIN ME EVEN AFTER THEY CUT TRAINING DUE TO THE WEATHER. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RESUME TRAINING THE NEXT FOLLOWING WEEK BUT THEY NEVER DID.

They seen my resume and what wages was expected before they set my interview. In dire need of a Journeyman Electrician until they seen a black man walk through the door and that's when the whole narrative changed my friends.
