Chuck helped me out after I called him on a Friday after 5 PM. He was able to immediately come out to do a building inspection after a water pipe busted during the deep freeze in February 2021. He made sure the entire building was safe and took the time to take down lighting fixtures were water logged. He even provided the requested documentation the same night so we could show our corporate office the building was safe. I will use him for all work needed at our apartment community as he was fast, reliable, thorough, affordable and knowledgeable.

I was in desperate need of a handyman and discovered Mickel Handyman Service on google. Jason and his partner gave me an estimate over the phone, came on the same day I called which was impressively short notice, and performed quality work. They were professional, helpful, courteous and even entertaining. I can’t praise them enough! I not only recommend them to anyone who is in need, I will be sure to keep them in mind next time I need anything done around the house. The work they performed was even less than they estimated, which was totally a break I needed.

I am delighted that Zed Electric’s business location is right down the street. The fluorescent tubes That light my kitchen suddenly dimmed. I changed the tubes but they were still dim. I called Zed Electric and learned I needed new ballasts. Problem solved!

Laurence Kohb is the finest electrician whom I've ever engaged for electrical services. He seemingly magically hones in on the electrical problem area immediately and quickly resolves the issue. Laurence always responds quickly and tries to visit you that day or at the latest the next day. Moreover, he will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone, at no charge (which amazes me), if at all possible. His fees are reasonable and fair. Lastly, Laurence is a friendly and affable guy, so, for me, it's always a pleasure to see him at work at my home.
