I hired Phoenix Electrical to install Cat 6 cable through two rooms of my house. Where do I start my appointment was at 9 AM nobody was here until 1030 work began at 11. they didn’t bring the right stuff for the job and ended up having to go back to Home Depot. in total cost me $430 with a job that should’ve taken two hours and two people but instead took six hours and they only sent one technician so I ended up having to help the entire project me the homeowner. i’ll be fair that technician was a very nice guy. but the problem is higher up I had to help him all day fish wires out of the wall Bang on the wall everything, that would be appropriate if I didn’t pay $430. completely unprofessional on HR electrical‘s part me the homeowner should not be basically a worker on my day off for something I paid to have the convenience of being done.

Matthew Rogers and his apprentice, also Matthew, were excellent! They replaced and serviced the motor in our attic fan. They were friendly, efficient and respectful of our property. We will definitely use Matthew again.

Don was very professional when he came to our home to discuss options for our new AC unit. He was thorough and explained everything in detail, and answered our questions. I loved when he asked if he could step out for a few minutes to allow us time to discuss the options he reviewed. He was very personable, which I love, as it allowed us to get to know a little about him and ourselves. He was also respectful of our time. He delivered excellent customer service and did it effortlessly. This company responds quickly to any issues or concerns. The technicians are knowledgeable and offer detailed insight about the services they are providing. We have never been disappointed with this company as they aim to provide exceptional service.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
