After searching for an HVAC system for quite some time, and after being told by several HVAC companies that it was going to cost over $10k to replace our system, Enoch Electric & Air came through with a very very reasonable quote on their product and install. The other HVAC companies were trying to over sell and also replace all the duct work in our home. Enoch was able to repair our duct work without the cost of replacing our ducts. When I received our final bill, I was pleased to see that it was exactly what I was quoted, not a penny more. The guys installing our system were very nice and very professional and worked really hard and cleaned up before they left. I even made the comment to my wife about how clean their vans were. I would certainly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I have 2 15 cu refrigerators that both quit working. I contacted Henley's appliance and he was able to visit me within a couple of days. I sent him the model numbers and he brought along parts so I didn't have to waiit for the parts to come in. While he was there he noticed I had a breaker out and offered to replace it. Only one service call cost, and three items repaired within 2 hours. Hard to beat that kind of service, and he's a veteran, with Naval electrical experience. I highly recommend him.

We have been treated with respect the whole time .The huge job of extracting our old unit and installing a new one was done in 100*+ heat and the young men did a great job.From Greg Hobson to Tyler and Jeremiah, then Brian and all the pros who answer the phone......we wanted a local company, family owned. We received the quality we expected. And they have been in biz since 1962!!!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction

They never called
I called and they told me everything came back good but they were not going to hire me and had no explanation.
Very upset because i declined other job offers for them!
Waste of time and gas
