My wife and I chose David Luttrell and are very happy we did. We needed our dry rotted front porch boards removed and replaced. We also needed the underneath framing fixed because some of it was also damaged. If you call him he will give you a written estimate within 1-2 days. He did it all a week later and it took him 2 days. He stayed to the estimate even though he did some extras. We had specific materials and trim we wanted so it was important to have a good listener. Call David. You won’t regret it. He has automatic text messages that confirm his appointments and he is always on time.

Beyond pleased with the work Fort Worth Home Repair did to fix a section of rotted wood siding on my house. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, and they even made sure to match the two different types of siding. Everything was above and beyond, and I'll be using them again in the future.

I had a roof leak on my mobile home that required a temporary but fully functional repair consisting of a sturdy tarp and ingenuity to secure in such a way as to avoid trapping water that would exacerbate the leak. David not only did the job smart and functional but aesthetically appealing, too! Well done! Highly recommend Fort Worth Home Repair. Will be using for other projects, also. :)

David provided great service. He was very professional. I had 3 deer mounts installed that look great. I did not have the proper hardware and David provided his own. Great company to do business with.

Our kitchen garbage drawer was failing and becoming increasingly difficult to pull out and push back in. I found David L of Fort Worth Home Repair through an internet search and I'm so glad I did. He was incredibly responsive and fit me into his schedule for the next day. He arrived on time, assessed the problem with the cabinet drawer, purchased supplies, and repaired the problem within one hour. Very fairly priced and the drawer works perfectly now. Update, August 2020:

I used these guys again for a gutter/windowsill project on my house. Great decision! Once again Nacho and David did not disappoint. They communicated with me throughout the process, completed the job within a reasonable amount of time, and I’m happy with the work. The project did come in at slightly over the estimate, but that is to be expected. That’s why it’s called an “estimate.” More importantly, I feel it was a fair price for the work completed and I’m happy to support a local business. 5 stars all the way. Thanks!

Over the past few years David has been in our
home numerous time performing very complicated service to general home maintenance. He is competent, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, prompt, responsible, reasonable, and a really good guy! Not sure how we would get along without his help.

I had a dishwasher installed where there was never a dishwasher in the first place, they made room in a cabinet. I did this for my son at his home in a different location. Great communication between me, my son, and the handyman. Very happy with the service!

David and the rest of his team were extremely responsive and even got to the house for repairs earlier than the appointment time. They made sure all repairs were done right and triple-checked the work before they left. I still had an issue with my kitchen sink after they left and as soon as I sent pictures they were back in less than 24 hours to make sure it was fixed. Will definitely be using them again for all home repairs!

Fort Worth Home Repair installed artwork for my project in an apartment complex clubhouse. David was responsive, very friendly, and accommodating. Installers arrived on time and did a great job. They were also able to accommodate my request, on short notice, to hang more art the following day. Very professional, I would highly recommend.

David Lutrell of Fort Worth Home Repair installed a door bell, door bell chime, wiring, junction box, circuit breaker, and Google Hello camera in my home. He showed up on time with excellent communication when we was expected to arrive, he was friendly and knowledge. He evaluated what he needed, recognized he did not have the proper tools and scheduled a follow up appointment for a few days later on the spot. He showed up on time at the second appointment and did the install correctly with no problems. For the amount of work he did for me, I feel like was he is fairly priced. I will definitely be giving David Lutrell and Fort Worth Home Repair more business.

We recently hired Fort Worth Home Repair to do several projects in order to get our house on the market. They were beyond helpful and super friendly. The work they did was great and the price was even below what we initially expected to pay. Needed some repairs around the exterior of the house and due to family medical issues I was not able to finish out all of the work I had started in December. After a walk around of the house and identifying all the remaining issues, they had everything finished up in pretty much one day.

I called them to replace a dishwasher heating element and a possible supply line valve replacement. Their team arrived on time, and the work was done correctly and efficiently. “Nacho” was polite, courteous and clearly experienced. My only feedback is maybe having team members carry extra company uniforms and ensure they have a full set of tools/equipment for the job. It’s no problem for me. But some folks like to see a fresh uniform, boot covers on in a house, and fully equipped.

I have used many handyman guys over my time. I have never found one to be as good as FW Home Repair. They are very reliable and stand behind their work. I will say -they are a bit expensive SO if you are looking for 'cheap' -this is not the business to use and remember you get what you pay for a lot of times. BUT with these guys they are on time, return calls, and will basically do anything you ask them to do and I KNOW that the job will get done and be completed to my satisfaction. With this being said- they are certainly worth it. I make a 'to do' list every few months and they come out, survey what I have ,then and come back to knock it out and I'm so thrilled when its all completed. They are the best handyman company out there. I plan on using them for much larger projects when those come around as well because I know they will be fair and honest with anything I need at my home and it will be done right. David the owner really wants to make his clients happy so he goes the distance to make sure you are satisfied before leaving.

David was a huge help to us with fixing miscellaneous things prior to us selling our home. Very knowledgeable in regards to many matters, plumbing/electrical/HVAC included. Cannot recommend him enough!

We had some damage to our siding and needed some gutter repair. It was suggested by Mark a rep for this company to add some gutter gaurds. They where on time and did quality work that was up and above that what needed.

I hired Dave to put a chimney cap on my 2 story chimney. He got it done quickly at a good value. So, I asked him if he could tackle another job. He got it done when he said he would and even though it took him longer than he estimated we worked out a fair deal for both of us. He stuck with it! So, I've asked him to tackle yet another job replacing rotten trim around windows on the outside of my home. He's starting Monday. He's my go-to guy from now on - because he does what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it at a fair price for both of us. And, he gets back to me when I leave a message! More than I can say for anyone else.

Have been waiting for these folks to call me back or email me for 3 days. The storms we experienced over the last 2 weeks have blown open a locked door to my house. The only way I can temporarily secure it was to move a piece of furniture in front of the door. I went to this company's website and sent them a message via their email service. CRICKETS! I thought perhaps technology had let me down and they didn't get my message so I called them and spoke to a male who said he would have David call me right away. Again, radio silence. I have moved on with one of their competitors which contacted me immediately.

The repairman called and asked if he could come early! He was very professional and explained what he did to fix my issue! I will definitely use this company again!

Had plywood put down in my attic. 2 guys showed up and started working. They screwed in a piece of plywood and hit a wire. This caused the wiring in my garage to stop working. They blew a GFCI circuit, causing power to go out in my garage door and outlets, and promptly left without fixing their mistake or finishing the job.

The owner did show up as he is an electrician and fixed the wiring issue a few hours later. He also had to finish the job himself and screw in the last few pieces of plywood. He is the only reason I'm leaving a 2-star review.

This was about the third or fourth time that I used them. I made a list of small jobs around the house, and sent it in advance. They called when they were on their way, and actually arrived early. Work is always high quality.

So I'm at my Dad's place helping him and my stepmom out for a bit when all of a sudden one of the wind turbines on the roof started an annoying squeal when the wind blew.
