I recommend him with the highest level of confidence in his work. We have been very pleased with the job that was done on our home.

I called because my furnace was not working. I had already paid two different people to work on it that could not fix the problem. Doing an online search I came across Berkeys and gave them a call. They were able to send someone on the same day in a few hours. The tech (Travis) showed up on time and went right to work. He asked me if I wanted to watch him work and when going through the process of checking everything he was very polite and professional. Travis took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable working with him and will be requesting him for all my service calls. Due to the age of the unit Travis recommended I consider replacing the furnace and AC and took the time to go over the various options. After not having heat for a couple of days I really appreciate the time Travis took to ensure I did not have to freeze another night. Berkeys has found an outstanding tech in Travis and I am grateful for Berkeys prompt professional service. I have scheduled the work for replacing my furnace and will update you once that is complete; based on my current experience I'm confident I will be pleased with the work.

Chris and his team helped us out in the middle of a move. My garage was a mess and we had boxes all over the house. They worked around the mess and were professional, responsive and fast. I'd absolutely recommend Jacquots electrical to anyone looking to have electrical work done in DFW.

Our ac quit cooling and we had Wilson out to check on it. Turned out an opossum had damaged a bunch of ductwork and some wiring. Wilson came out and saw that the installation of our ac was not up to their very high standards. They had installed the unit two years ago and due to a temporary man power shortage a temp crew had been hired. The crew lasted a week or two then let go. When Wilson discovered the poor workmanship of the temp crew they called in a veritable SWAT team of HVAC technicians and overhauled our system completely. We had 3 trucks and 5 guys here most of the day! Their work is AMAZING! They even fixed the damage from the opossum no charge! They rerouted some of our ductwork so our system would be more efficient! Great company and I will be a fan forever! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I reached out to this company today to get a regular maintenance service done on my HVAC system. The customer service rep sounded like she had no idea of what to do and finally, she checked the system and said she can send her team the next Wednesday but before I confirm she hung up. I tried calling again but no answer.

Overall, the company is incredibly responsive. If I leave a message before business hours, they get right back to me first thing when they open. They let me know when I'm the next stop for the technician as well as when they are on their way/getting close. Excellent communication!!!Unfortunately, we've had a lot of issues with our A/C system and so they get called out to us pretty often. Fortunately, we have a service plan that has covered many of the expenses for no additional cost. They usually are able to come out that same day...which sometimes ends up being as late as 10pm or 11pm.Jeremiah has been my tech the last 3 (or 4?) times. Even though it's late sometimes and I know he's probably had a long day, he's still super courteous, friendly, explains what work was done, and corrects the issue. I really appreciate the work that he does. :)Good company...I'd recommend them!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
