Emailed my plans twice and called twice, still no answer or response. I had heard a lot about their reputation but I guess they don't care about building new business or relationships. Hate being that guy but I have no choice since I've not heard back in 3-4 weeks.

Mariano was there early, very polite and helpful. He walked the whole property with me and address all my concerns. He went above and beyond by preparing a quote for me on the spot to give to my realtor. I can't wait to work with him on our project.

Wow, wow, wow!! I called the company before they opened and left a message regarding my plumbing problem. They open at 8 and I got a call back at 7:56AM. I then got a call from Todd at 9:08 letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he had on shoe covers in order for him not to drag in stuff into my house that could be on his shoes. He explained who he was and went to check out the issue. Todd figured out what was wrong immediately and made the necessary repairs. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.to my husband. As he was leaving, he took the time to also let me know he was done and was leaving the house. I was so impressed with Todd’s attitude, professionalism and knowledge as well as the company’s immediate call and dispatch of Todd. Will definitely keep their number and use them again if any other issues.

!!Beware!! DO NOT USE COMFORT NOT EXPERTS!!! I called them at 10am and they said they would get someone out today. The service tech arrived at 7:30pm. My heater blower motor was not working properly. The tech performed what he said was a series of trouble shooting steps. He replaced the capacitor, a thermal heat switch, disconnected several wires, called his boss a half dozen times, scratched his head, acted thoroughly confused, and then said he Thought I needed a new motherboard and new blower motor. He gave me a quote of $4,700.00 dollars. He then wanted to schedule a appointment for me to speak with a representative about a whole new heating and ac unit. Know here's the good part, when he put the door back on my heater that depresses the power switch my heater blower motor was working! He then proceeded to remove the new capacitor and heat switch that he installed. He said he was sorry for the poor service and still said I needed a new unit. This was at 11:30pm. My unit was installed new 9yrs ago it's a Trane XR80. I asked him how long had he been doing this, he said just about a year! The next day I called Ameriair out of Burleson Tx. And spoke with Robert who is also the owner. I told him what had happened. He said oh yes I am quite familiar with Comfort 'Not Experts. And not in a good way! He told me that he had over 40 years experience and would be happy to take a look at it. He came out, performed some test, reconnected all the wires the other guy had left disconnected, replaced my blower motor with a new one. It all took about an hour. He charged me $538. And my heat and air is working flawlessly.!!Stay Away From Comfort Not Experts

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
